Our group programs run for a variety of community groups and we cater for any age group from 4-104.

These programs are fun and educational marine activities and programs are available both on and off-site.

Our on-site program is our "Explore the Marine Centre" program in which students are rotated through a variety of hands on marine activities including getting close and personal with sea stars, urchins and anemones in our touch tank, looking at plankton using our micro-eye discovery microscope and using our touch screen fishing stations to learn more about local fisheries. This program also includes a tour of our clownfish hatchery and aquaculture room.

Our off-site programs include fishing days at McInherney Park, Boat trips on our vessel the XLCR (link to page) and Rockpool Rambles at Shelley beach (tide dependant).
